A lot of times when someone is living with an eating disorder, they feel like they can’t say anything because it will sound crazy. They think others can’t understand what they are going through and that they will just think the person is on their period or on some other weird excuse. While that is usually true, there are some people who will actually get it. An eating disorder is a real thing and it is very real for people who have it.
